Introducing Scarlett

Drumroll please.....................

May I present to you the most beautiful baby girl in the world.

Scarlett is now 9 weeks old and 10 lb something. She's a delightful baby and is all smiles and a pleasure to spend time with. She looks like her Mum, but dresses like her Dad!

Except you wouldn't see him in this little pink and white number...well, maybe not in public ;)

She's in a bolero I knitted last year pre-blog in white acrylic with pink flecks.

I had a lovely time visiting and can't wait to see her again.

1 - that baby is adorable! Just want to pinch her little cute cheeks.

2 - the flying outfit is terrific! Baby seems to get a kick out of it, too.

3 - LOVE the bolero. So sweet!

Doesn't she look great in her flying suit? And her bolero come to that - she's a lucky girl :)

That's the thing with babies. Once you've had your little cuddle it doesn't take long until you need your next 'fix'.

What a cute baby! And she looks adorable in her little jumpsuit! You are such a creative lady, it's one of the cutest baby outfits, I've seen.

Ps Jarvis really is not angelic, cute as can be, but if this boy had been born first, he would have been an only child!

I love that jumper! I remember the pic yu posted of it and it looks sooo much more cute modelled (cute to start with, but anything with a baby is exponentially cuter.)

Adorable!

What a cutie! I so "get" why you knit for the "wee ones" as you call them. And your friends must love you all the more for it. Beautiful job!

The flight suit and the bolero are both excellent and due justice is given them by the lovely smiling baby girl modelling them!

Oh Rain, I was having such an aweful day and then I peeped in! This baby brought a smile on my face as big as the smile on her face! Picked my spirits right up! Yes she did! Look at the little outfits...how freakin' cute is that! You two look adorable!

Wait for it...

*Screams* How cute! If my hand didn't keep hitting the computer screen, I'd pinch her cute little cheeks! She's a mini member of the RAF! All she needs is a handknit fighter jet ...okay, maybe just a helicopter. I think she's a bit young for nukes, but...well, let's not get into that. The bolero looks really sweet. Definitely classy baby-wear.
I haven't posted the new hat pattern yet! I'm having issues working out how I want to decrease. I figured I'd have some time since it's not exactly turning into hat weather.

So adorable!

I can see why you would want to knit and knit for her...heck, can I too? She is too cute for words!
Also, thanks for stopping by my blog and the nice words you left. :)

Is it really 9 weeks since you posted that first picture of Scarlet? How time flies! She looks so cute in that flying suit. I bet that makes Dad proud!

I notice you've finished the England shirt. Have I missed a post as I can't remember seeing it? Or are we still waiting for a viewing? I'm been curious about that one for a while now.

Thanks folks. She's such a happy baby and I love her to bits. her Mum and Dad are just bursting with joy over her and I'm not surprised. I really can't wait to see her again.

Turtlegirl, I was bad enough before, but now I've seen them both I can't help myself. The pair of them are so damn cute.

Aurora, you're right, the other Dads want one too and I have been asked to make another, but I see it as a one-off original made specially for them. When I'm designing for Mothercare ;) everyone can have one.

Sharon, it really has been 9 weeks, the time has flown by. I don't think I was so mad starting to make things to fit her when she's three as I think we'll blink and they'll fit.

Areli, Mwahaha! My Mum says that about me and I'm the last of 5. I'm still fooled by that angelic look of his and refuse to believe he could ever be bad.

Rain! Scarlett is sweetness and light. And she looks precious in her flight suit - her Daddy must love it! Mum too.

The picture of the two of you together is wonderful. I hope you have a copy framed for you.

Scarlett is adorable and looks soooo cute in that knitted flight suit and bolero! Glad you had a great time playing Auntie!

Now about men in flight suits ... how can you NOT like a man with a 3' zipper?
